1. What equipment do I need to join session?

A computer, tablet, or smartphone with built in/external video camera and microphone and internet connection.  (it’s recommended that before the session you shut down all background applications to ensure that your session receives the majority of your Internet’s bandwidth, especially applications that use your camera)

2. How do I join the session?

      It’s as easy as clicking the unique link sent to you by either email or text. The link will take you directly to the session on your device, then you will be asked to enter your name and click join.

3. Will my sessions be recorded?

No. Sessions are not recorded.

4. Do I need to purchase special equipment or program?

No need to purchase special equipment or program. Our providers are available via any computer with a webcam, microphone, speakers and internet connection: PC and MAC computers, tablets and smartphones.

5. Where can I have my session from?

      You can be located anywhere as long as you have a compatible device, internet connection and privacy. However the use of a private internet network from home is safer.

6. Will my insurance cover the services?

Most health insurances do cover telehealth. You can give us a call to verify your insurance coverage.

7. Is my privacy secure?

       Yes. The platform we use is HIPAA compliant.
